FAQs
Each package includes a Full Madness Pass (3-day general admission ticket), camping or hotel accommodation (depending on the option you choose), a welcome kit, and support from our team before, during, and after the event. Some packages also include flights, transport, and travel insurance — refer to each package description for exact details.
No. Flights are only included in the Flight options package. All other packages are land-only. You can purchase your own flight and still join us at the event.
The camping kit includes a personal tent, inflatable mattress, and sleeping bag. It is provided in all camping-related packages.
Transport is only included in certain packages. For example, the Hotel + Camping and Flight + Camping packages include transportation to DreamVille. The basic Camping Package (No Flight) does not include transport — guests must arrive at DreamVille on their own.
You will receive your festival access during the welcome day (Wednesday) of your itinerary. Our team will handle the delivery and coordination at the meeting point.
“The Gathering” is the official DreamVille welcome party, held on Thursday before the main festival begins. All guests with DreamVille access are invited.
It depends on your nationality. Mexican citizens do not need a visa for short stays in Belgium, but a valid passport is required. We recommend checking with the Belgian consulate in your country if you are not a Mexican citizen.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter the festival and DreamVille. No exceptions.
Yes, but only for flight packages. If you purchase a land-only package (no flights), you are responsible for your own travel insurance.
